After leaving Mumbai, I had my first experience on the Indian Railways. The trains were nice, and we traveled in the three tier AC class which means the coach is air conditioned, and there is a place to sleep (3 bunks high). We made it into Agra, and was the two main attractions, the Taj Mahal, and the Agra Fort. Then we traveled by car, because one of Aditya's friends is a travel agent and hooked us up with a driver, to the Capital city of Delhi. the city was pretty happening, and there were lots of temples and parks to see. Security was increased for a lot of things because the independence day was upcoming, but we still got into plenty of places. My favorites were the planetarium and the national railway museum, but neither were well enough lit for good photos.
