Late morning run around the Dump loop in the forward direction. Pushed pretty hard the whole time. Noticed I was slowing down a little on Mason rd and immediately resumed my intended pace. Right lower calf got really sore with about a mile to go and I actually stopped to stretch for a few seconds. The stretching didn't feel like it was helping, but felt slightly better when I started running again. After about 400m the pain went away though. 44:04
