Run back from Casale. Didn't get to do the workout because of my rolled ankle yesterday. It does feel better than I expected though. By the end of the school day it didn't hurt to walk. And after a little warming up, running back was fairly pain free. Maybe it's stronger than it has been, or maybe all the damage that can happen has happened.
