This stared out as a really great distance run until I rolled my ankle again. I headed up Country Club to Meadow to 28 to Garretson. And that's when it rolled. At the 9 km mark. The last time I can remember a bad roll was on my 27th birthday almost 2 years ago. I thought that was really getting better, especially with the slacklining.
Anyway, I stood and then walked or aout a minute before running all the way back to Country Club. Then I walked up the hill, ran across the top, walked down the Talamini, and ran home.
