Afternoon track workout at Pingry. Roughly one mile warmup followed by my classic 400, 800, 1600, 800, 400 with one lap rest between each. Target pace was 6:00 per mile since it was my first time doing this workout in a while.
Generally felt really good despite having to keep my shirt on. The only exception was some weird chest pain in the last 200m of the second 800. I eased way off just in case and barely hit my time.
