Afternoon / evening workout with Lauren. Five laps warmup, and three laps cooldown. Workout was as follows.
Run a lap, do some exercise while she runs a lap. The exercises were:
1. scissor situps
3. Split jumps
5. Up/down planks
6. C situps
7. Burpee broad jumps
8. Fire hydrants
It was brutal, but I think I'll be delightfully sore tomorrow. And she says I'm looking fit which is definitely good.
