11 200s in the back driveway with the kids, then 3 miles on the treadmill. At the very beginning of the run Matt was on the next treadmill, and it was great to chat a little bit instead of stare at the treadmill monitor. I do get more into the run as I go faster though, so even though it feels worse to crank it up to a higher speed, maybe that really is the right way to do the run.
