Afternoon run on the treadmill while the kids lifted. I started out at 7.5mph again and then realized maybe I should be going faster like my outside runs. I adjusted it up until 8.1mph and that felt good. Most of the run was at 8.1mph until the last half mile when I started bumping it up.
The faster pace, and running farther back on the treadmill felt much better than slogging. I think staying farther bak helps my feet strike more naturally too.
