Afternoon treadmill after the kids did an auditorium stairs workout.
I ran in my old shoes because I got a blister yesterday. They actually didn't feel too bad.
Pretty much the entire run was at 7.5 mph, but as usual I bumped that up at the last tiny little bit. The speed felt fine too, although I was definitely ready to be done by the end. Maybe I'll start at 7.5mph again next time and go for a longer run.
